Denholtz Associates, a New Jersey based real estate development company, announced the conclusion of another strong year in 2008.  In total, Denholtz closed 300 transactions totaling approximately 1.3 million square feet for the year.  New Jersey deals account for 190 of the 300 transactions completed in 2008; recording a total of 713,470 square feet for the year.

Hurlbut, vice president of leasing, Denholtz Associates.  “We had tremendous leasing activity in many markets throughout the country and out-performed our expectations in New Jersey for the year.  Our experienced operating team remains focused on providing our tenants with the highest quality facilities and services.”

Highlights of Denholtz Associates activity in 2008 included; a 21,750 square-foot lease with Ambitech Engineering Corporation at 3 Executive Drive in Somerset, New Jersey; a 21,000 square-foot lease with Broadcom Corporation at Metropark South II in Old Bridge Township, New Jersey; and a 20,014 square-foot lease expansion and renewal with The Kamson Corporation at 270 Sylvan Avenue in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.
