Denholtz Associates, a New Jersey-base real estate investment and development company, has announced that Anadigics Inc, a leading worldwide supplier for communications markets, has recently signed a 12,372-square-foot 40-month lease extension at Avalon Center in Norcross, Georgia. Michael Howell of Resource Real Estate Partners LLC represented Denholtz Associates, while Chad Koenig of NAI Brannen Goddard represented the tenant in this transaction.
