denholtz associates announces completion of 19,442 sf lease renewal and expansion

Denholtz Associates, a New Jersey real estate investment and development company, has recently signed a 19,442-square-foot lease renewal and expansion at 2400 Lake Park in Smyrna, Georgia with United Acceptance, Inc. The mission of United Acceptance, Inc is to provide a strong financial partner to the used car dealer, allowing him to accelerate his profits through the sale of his receivables, hence the UAI slogan "Profits Through Partnership." John O'Neil of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant and Michael Howell of Resource Real Estate Partners represented the landlord.
