Denholtz Associates completes 18,224 sf lease renewal and expansion agreement at Elmhurst Metro Court

Elmhurst, IL – Denholtz Associates, a New Jersey-based real estate investment and development company, announced the recent completion of an 18,224-square-foot three-year lease renewal and expansion agreement with Integra Healthcare Equipment at 747 Church Road in Elmhurst, IL.  Carrie Wagener of Owen Wagener & Company represented the tenant in this transaction, while Steve Geltzeiler, Director of Leasing at Denholtz Associates, represented the landlord.
